Mitsubishi Fuso Truck and Bus DPF forced regen path (Sample only)
- Select Heavy duty and Fuso
- Select Euro 5
- Select Canter
- Select EEC-Combustion engine Control unit
- Select (Diagnosis identifier) . You might see difference vehicle identifier, 000205 is example
- Actuation Test
- Select 011 Regeneration of diesel particulate filter
- DPF forced regen conditions:
Engine start |
Engine speed approx. 650rpm |
The coolant temperature must be more than 60 °C/140 °F |
Fuel temperature Less than 70 °C/158 °F |
Battery voltage more than 5 V |
Status of accelerator pedal: Less than 90 % |
Exhaust temperature upstream of diesel particulate filter Less than 600 °C/1112 °F |
Exhaust temperature upstream of SCR catalytic converter Less than 600 °C/1112 °F |
Soot content of diesel particulate filter Less than 330g |
Exhaust temperature upstream of diesel particulate filter Less than 700 °C/1292 °F |
The component 'Temperature of component' Oxidation catalytic converter' does not reach the maximum temperature value of 600 °C/1112 °F |
Clutch not opened |
The transmission is in neutral |
Brake pedal not Operated |
Vehicle AT Standstill |
Operating condition of combustion engine: Normal |
No error code for component 'DPF' is present |
- If all the conditions meet, you just click YES to do regen.
- If the regen starts, live data "Interpretation of negative response Stop" is showing "Testing"
- If "Interpretation of negative response Stop" is NOT showing "Testing", you need to check all conditions and repeat.
The test will stop and idle speed will return to normal when the particulate filter is sufficiently cleaned of soot. Press “stop” to exit the process early if need be.
