Our Returns Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, Bludee offers returns within 30 days of receipt of shipment for a full refund. This policy only applies to direct orders fromBludee.com.

Requirements for a Full Refund:

  • The machine must be in new condition.

  • The machine must be returned with all original packaging and accessories.

  • The machine should be properly packaged and the return freight paid by the customer.

How to Return an Item: You can return your item within 30 days without providing a reason. You may call us to process the return/refund or log in to your account to create a return ticket. Then, ship the item to us with the original shipping package and all accessories.

How to Process a Refund: Once we receive your item in its original condition, we will notify you by email. We will start the full refund process, which may take up to five business days. You can log in to your account to check the status of your return.

Order Cancellation Policy: If you want to cancel an order:

  • Your order begins processing immediately after you click "Place Order." During the processing time, it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

  • To attempt to cancel your order during processing:

    • Sign in to your account

    • Find the order on your main account page

    • Click the order number to see the order details

Warranty/Repair/Download/Support: Bludee offers a one-year limited hardware warranty, two years of free software/database downloads, and one year of free unlimited technical support.

  • The warranty is limited to the machine owner and is transferable.

  • The warranty is valid provided that the machine has not been misused, disassembled, or tampered with in any way. Any attempt to disassemble or repair the product will void the warranty.

  • A copy of the original receipt showing the date of purchase must accompany any warranty claim.

  • Repair time is estimated at one week from the date we receive the tool.

  • If the warranty has expired, you may purchase an extended warranty or pay a fee for repairs.
